Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy At The Rolling Barnyard, we understand that plans can sometimes change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking date and cover administrative and preparation costs. Cancellations & Refunds Bookings are eligible for a refund (excluding the deposit) only if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled booking date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date are non-refundable. Changes to Bookings Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and must be made 7 days prior to the original booking date. Any approved date changes will have the deposit transferred to the new booking date. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances where The Rolling Barnyard must cancel, customers will be offered a reschedule or a refund of payments made. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date may forfeit all payments made. The Rolling Barnyard reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to extreme weather or animal welfare concerns. Children must be supervised at all times. The client is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and suitable area for the animals. The Rolling Barnyard is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow staff instructions. Prices are based on the agreed service. Additional time or animals may incur extra charges.
Rules & Safety Policy
At The Rolling Barnyard, the safety and wellbeing of our animals, guests, and staff is our highest priority. By entering and participating in our experience, you agree to follow the rules outlined below.
General Behaviour
All guests must follow instructions given by The Rolling Barnyard staff at all times. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Calm, gentle behaviour is required around all animals. Loud noises, running, or rough play is not permitted.
Animal Interaction Rules
Animals may only be touched, fed, or interacted with when supervised and approved by staff. Please use only the feed provided by The Rolling Barnyard. Outside food is not permitted. Do not chase, corner, or tease animals. Animals must not be removed from enclosures unless directed by staff.
Health & Hygiene
Hand washing or sanitising is required after touching animals and before eating or drinking. Food and drinks are not permitted within animal areas. Guests with open wounds or compromised immune systems should take extra care when participating.
Clothing & Footwear
Closed-in shoes must be worn at all times within animal areas. Appropriate clothing suitable for outdoor farm environments is recommended.
Safety & Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The Rolling Barnyard is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions. Any guest who does not follow these rules may be asked to leave the area for the safety of all involved.
Weather & Environment
Events may be adjusted, paused, or cancelled due to weather conditions for animal and guest safety. Animals may be rotated or rested at staff discretion to ensure their wellbeing.
